Products & Services
Day1Dollar provides educational content about affiliate marketing. Our products are digital downloads for your own use. They are for informational and educational purposes only and do not promise income or success.
Optional Add-Ons
At checkout and right after it, we may offer optional add-ons. At checkout, an add-on is a box you choose to tick. Right after checkout, if you add one with a single click, JVZoo charges the payment method you just used. You do not enter your card again. You never need an add-on to use what you already bought. Each add-on has the same 10-day money-back guarantee.
Our Emails
If you join our email list, we send you the plan you asked for. We also send our emails with how-to tips and offers. Some links in those emails pay us a commission. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can leave at any time.
License Grant
Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our materials for your personal use.
You MAY NOT:
- redistribute, resell, share or give away our materials;
- modify them or create derivative works;
- use them for any commercial purpose without our written permission.
Templates in our products may be filled in and used in your own promotions.

7. Privacy Policy
Open Channel Media, LLC runs the Day1Dollar websites: www.day1dollar.com and day1dollarplan.com. On day1dollarplan.com you can sign up for our emails. This Privacy Policy covers both websites and our emails. It explains what we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and your choices.
Information We Collect
- When you join our email list: your email address. We also keep a record of your consent. It holds the time, your IP address and the version of the consent wording you saw.
- When you visit our pages: a random visitor ID kept in the
d1d_fidcookie (see Cookies below). We record the pages you view, how long you stay and how far you scroll. We note whether you click or tap and which email or link brought you. We also note your country and the network of your internet provider. We log your IP address, and we blank IP addresses in these visit logs after 30 days. - When you buy: JVZoo and its payment processor, Stripe with JVZooPay, take your payment, and we never see your full card details. JVZoo shares your order details with us. These are your email address, what you bought, the amount and the order number. If an affiliate referred you, JVZoo tells us which one. JVZoo also adds your name and email address to our buyers email list.
- When you email us: your email address and what you write.
- On our affiliates page: the link builder keeps the affiliate ID you type in your own browser. It is not sent to us.
How We Use Your Information

- To see which emails, links and pages work, so we can improve them

Who We Share It With
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the companies that help us run Day1Dollar, and as the law requires:
- JVZoo and its payment processor, Stripe with JVZooPay: checkout, payments, refunds and affiliate tracking.
- GetResponse: our email service. It stores your email address and sends our emails.
- ClickMagick: our tracking service. Its scripts and cookies on our pages and links record visits, clicks and sales.
- Cloudflare: runs our server code and database, and provides Turnstile, which checks that sign-ups come from people, not bots. Turnstile is covered by Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
- Hostinger: hosts our web pages.
- Google Fonts: our pages load their fonts from Google, so your browser connects to Google's servers.
Your Email Choices
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. One click removes you. You can also email us and ask to be removed.
How Long We Keep It
We blank IP addresses in our visit logs after 30 days. We keep your consent record as proof that you asked for our emails. We keep order records as long as tax and accounting rules require. We keep other information only as long as we need it for the purposes above.
Your Rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal information. You may also ask us to stop using it for marketing. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have more rights. You may object to how we use your information or ask us to limit it. You may get a copy in a portable form. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. Security
Our websites use HTTPS encryption. No way of sending or storing data is fully protected, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Children
Our products are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

9. Refund Policy
We offer a 10-day money-back guarantee on every product we sell, including any add-on. This guarantee is provided by the vendor, Open Channel Media, LLC.
10-day money-back guarantee: not right for you? Ask for a full refund within 10 days of purchase. You get back the full purchase price. Refunds are processed through JVZoo, the retailer where you bought.
